No Emergency Fees

We don’t charge extra for emergency visits. An office visit is $99, no matter when or why you visit. When you come to us for any service, including urgent pet care, one of our vets will assess their health with a physical examination. With our in-house lab, we can also perform diagnostic testing with results in minutes. Depending on your pet’s condition, we may also perform digital X-rays to view their internal structures.

Pet Emergency Services During Our Regular Hours

While we are open 7 days a week, we are not a 24-hour emergency facility. Should your pet require overnight hospitalization or advanced surgical care, we’ll discuss your options, which may include a transfer to our 24-hour emergency hospital.

What if my animal is too ill to be cared for at Pet Check Urgent Care?
Our state-of-the-art facility will be able to handle most injuries and illnesses; however, if your pet is too sick or injured to be cared for by us, we’ll refer you to a facility that can manage critically ill animals.
Do you do routine veterinary care?
Yes! We are happy and able to provide well visit care and vaccinations. Our facility also features digital X-rays and a full in-house lab!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. Payment is required at the time services are rendered.
Will I get an itemized bill for the services rendered?
Yes! At Pet Check Urgent Care, we believe in transparent pricing. All fees can be discussed with the veterinarian before the service is rendered and we are happy to provide you with an electronic copy of those services at the conclusion of your visit.
What type of animals do you treat?
We primarily care for dogs and cats; however, if you have a bird, reptile, or other family pet that needs veterinary care, please feel free to call our office! The veterinarian on duty may have experience caring for your pet’s species.
Will you provide documentation of vaccinations?
Yes, in addition to an urgent care practice, we are a full-service veterinary practice that provides routine care, including vaccines!
What if my pet is prescribed a medication?
Pet Check Urgent Care has a full-service veterinary pharmacy at our facility. In the event we do not have the medication your pet requires, we are happy to write a prescription for you to fill at your local pharmacy.
My dog is suffering. Do you provide palliative care?
We are committed to providing care and comfort for your animal. While they are with us, we offer local and general anesthesia during procedures for their comfort and safety. Furthermore, if you feel your pet is suffering and is at the end of their life, we can offer compassionate euthanasia services when you are ready to say goodbye.
